As your one-source design/ build team, Our member’s work together to provide your local and state government offices with the information and drawings required to obtain the necessary permits. Typical areas addressed are site engineering, storm water management, erosion control and wetlands permitting, to name just a few. A primary advantage of the design/ build process is the increased control over costs through out the design and construction scheduling process. Sona Construction provides you with detailed cost estimates through out the design process, at the completion of the conceptual design, when the design is 50% and 90% complete, and with the final design.
